Community opposition to new 2,140 homes

Object to predatory developer applications in Whitminster

The Parish Council has strongly objected to the proposed 2,140 houses in Whitminster,  and we need you to object too

Whitminster Parish Council objects to the proposed 2,140 housing development along Grove Lane. If you are a Whitminster resident and wish to object, this sets out how to object, and the underlying reasons why which you may wish to refer to or paraphrase.

Stroud District Council has confirmed that the applications remain open for new comments at this time (July 2023) – but the sooner the better!

If you wish to make an objection or comment, please review the example objections and make it your own before uploading your comments to the Planning portal (see links below). Remember that you need to object to both the applications.
